Real estate investment professional Jerry Hyunjae Park is joining Tishman Speyer’s recently established office in Seoul, South Korea, in mid-June.
Park will serve as senior director of acquisitions, helping the firm build out a diverse portfolio of assets in the Asia Pacific region beyond its extensive portfolio in China and India. In his new role, Park will source and execute new investment opportunities across a wide range of asset classes, including the office, retail, industrial, life sciences, and multifamily sectors.
Park has spent more than a decade in real estate investment, development, operations, consulting and capital raising in South Korea. For the past five years, he served as executive director for acquisitions and development at D&D Investment, a wholly owned subsidiary of SK D&D, which Park co-founded and helped grow into a top-tier real estate manager.
