Affiliates of The Roxborough Group have acquired Bidwell Park, a 246-unit apartment community in Fremont, Calif., for $109.4 million.
Bidwell Park is located at 39800 Fremont Blvd. It is currently 95 percent occupied.
The property features an attractive mix of two- and three-bedroom units, 80 percent of which feature two bathrooms, making them appealing floor plans to both families and roommates. Community amenities include an extensively renovated clubhouse, a well-equipped gym, a pool with an oversized deck and an outdoor grilling station. The community also offers residents in-unit washer/dryers and air conditioning.
Sares-Regis Group will provide property management services. The brokerage firm Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller, and Newmark Group facilitated both the assumption of the existing financing and placement of supplement
