The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has committed $4.7 million to Madison Preferred Equity Facility, a program of Madison International Realty, according to investment correspondence on Oct. 31.
Texas ERS, a public pension fund, had $42.6 billion in total assets under management, as of Aug. 31, 2025. As of then, it had a 9 percent real estate allocation target with nearly $4.2 billion in total real estate assets.
