Swift Real Estate Partners nears fundraising target for third fund
Swift Real Estate Partners Fund III, managed by San Francisco–based Swift Real Estate Partners, is just $50 million shy of meeting its fundraising target.
The firm was unable to comment on its fundraising efforts.
Launched in February, the value-add real estate fund has reportedly raised $450 million against its $500 million target. Following the investment strategy of its predecessors in the fund series, Fund III will target CBD office, industrial and R&D assets across the United States.
The previous fund in the series, Swift Real Estate Partners Fund II, closed in June 2016 with $420 million, against a target of $450 million.
