Strong demand for European living assets continues as investors aim to diversify portfolios

The investment allocation to living assets is set to grow throughout 2021, following the robust performance of the market throughout 2020, which resulted in €83.4 billion ($100.39 billion) being invested into the sector, according to JLL in its third iteration of its JLL Living Investor Survey, which consolidated the opinions of more than 40 respondents representing around €9.5 trillion ($11.43 trillion) in total assets under management, of which €100 billion ($120.37 billion) is invested in living assets in Europe.
