Singapore-based City Developments has plans to purchase the St. Katharine Docks complex in London, said in an Singapore Exchange filing.
The seller was not disclosed. Blackstone is the seller, which strategically purchased the asset via the acquisition of Max Property Group in 2014, as part of the firm’s £448 million (€511 million/$555 million) purchase of the Max Property Group.
St. Katharine Docks is a 23-acre estate built in 1827 and central London’s only marina. It has more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space and features 80 companies, 24 bars and restaurants, and 200 berths.
