The Elite U.K. Commercial Fund managed by Singapore investor Elite Partners Capital has completed the purchase of the Hayhill portfolio of U.K. regional offices from Telereal Trillium for a total of £282 million ($362 million).
IREN reported the transaction in February.
The Hayhill Portfolio comprises 97 regional offices let to the DWP on 10-year leases, totaling 2.6 million square feet.
