Telereal Trillium puts £280m price tag on office portfolio

Telereal Trillium has plans to sell a £280 million ($379 million) regional offices let to the U.K. government entity Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The 2.6 million-square-foot portfolio, named “The Hayhill Portfolio,” comprises 98 regional offices.

DWP recently signed a 10-year lease.
