Seattle Employees solicits proposals for an investment consultant

The Seattle City Employees’ Retirement System is soliciting proposals for an investment consultant.

The pre-proposal conference will take place Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. PST. The deadline for questions is Jan. 26, proposals are due Feb. 23, interviews will be conducted by May 30. The successful proposer will be announced June 13 and the contract will be awarded and the consultant will start facilitating their services June 30.

SCERS manages a $3.75 billion portfolio (as of Sept. 30, 2023), 12.22 percent ($458.1 million) of which is allocated toward real estate and 2.79 percent ($104.7 million) of which is allocated toward infrastructure.
