Savills: European real estate investment volumes to reach €156b for Q1–Q3 2026

According to Savills’ latest research, European real estate investment volumes are forecast to reach €156 billion ($182.5 billion) for first quarter to third quarter 2026, a 4 percent year-over-year increase. However, the international real estate adviser says that the continent’s recovery continues to be uneven. During the first nine months of 2026, investment turnover in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is expected to be 34 percent above the equivalent period in 2025, followed by the Nordics at 25 percent and Southern Europe at 20 percent. By contrast, investment volumes in Western Europe are down 5 percent.

Savills says that Spain continues to attract significant capital, supported by resilient economic performance and an attractive relative sovereign risk premium.
