RXR has announced the origination of a $70.5 million loan to refinance Adler Montford Park, a new luxury multifamily development in the Montford Park neighborhood of Charlotte, N.C. The class A residential community comprises 241 rental units, eight for-rent townhomes, and a 289-space parking garage. The financing provided by RXR’s Credit Solutions Platform will be used to complete the development and stabilize the property.
The development, constructed by Taft Family Ventures, a vertically integrated developer headquartered in Greenville, N.C., features a robust amenity package that includes a private heated pool, a rooftop lounge with panoramic views of Montford and Myers Park, coworking spaces, a fitness center and yoga room, and a business center.
