Arrow Capital Partners, an investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia Pacific, has appointed Robert Howe as a partner and head of real estate, Europe.
Howe will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions across the United Kingdom and Europe on behalf of Arrow, including its €3 billion ($3.55 billion) SIRE vehicle.
Howe has had a distinguished career in real estate investing, most recently as the senior partner at Cadence Real Estate, where he invested for institutional and private investors in assets throughout the United Kingdom and, before that, at Valad Europe, where he was head of U.K. managing in excess of £800 million (€868 million/$1.0 billion) in assets and a development portfolio with an end value in excess of £400 million (€434 million/$514 million).
