RLAM Property buys Fradley Park in the Midlands for €224m

Royal London Asset Management Property has acquired Fradley Park in Lichfield, West Midlands, England, for £197 million ($224 million) in an off-market transaction, marking a significant addition to its growing industrial and logistics portfolio.

Situated within the Golden Triangle, Fradley Park is one of the region’s most established and dominant logistics destinations. The asset comprises 1.65 million square feet of warehousing and spans 173 acres. The site benefits from exceptional connectivity to the United Kingdom’s transport network, including the A38, M6 Toll and wider motorway links, as well as proximity to key freight hubs and airports.

Fradley Park is home to leading occupiers, including DHL, Geodis, Hawkins Logistics, Palletways and Faurecia. The park employs more than 4,000 people and benefits from a workforce of 1 million-plus people within a 30-minute drive time.
