The Asia Pacific rental outlook for 2020 has been revised downward, with the correction expected to be steeper than what was recorded at the height of the global financial crisis, reported CBRE.
Regional consumer confidence registered a sharp decline following the outbreak of COVID-19 and the increasing likelihood of a significant economic recession.
