Report: Ivy league universities or real estate kings?

Ivy League powerhouses have shown some impressive performance gains over the last fiscal year, and have proven to be true captains of real estate. In real estate, the largest number of properties owned by a university is Cornell University, totaling 486 assets, according to a report Reonomy.    The Reonomy report says Yale University is New Haven’s largest landlord and that Harvard University is the wealthiest university in the world, with an endowment of $40.9 billion.   To read more of the findings, click here.
