Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included office properties in New York City and Seattle.
In New York City, the Avenue of the Americas Plaza was sold for $470 million. The high-rise 23-story office building, located in Manhattan, was acquired by JP Morgan Asset Management from a joint venture between Boston Properties, Meraas Capital and Goldman Sachs.
And in downtown Seattle, Ivanhoé Cambridge, a unit of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and Callahan Capital Partners purchased the Wells Fargo Center $389.9 million. The seller was Beacon Capital Partners.
