Realty Income Corp. and VEREIT announced that Realty Income stockholders and VEREIT stockholders approved all proposals necessary for the closing of the previously announced merger pursuant to which Realty Income will acquire VEREIT.
The merger is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during fourth quarter 2021.
