Realterm has acquired a two-property industrial outdoor storage portfolio totaling 10.25 acres in the western Interstate 495 submarket of Boston.
The portfolio includes 15 Westford Road in Ayer, Mass., a 3.5-acre site with an 8,200-square-foot maintenance facility, four drive-through bays and an on-site fueling station; and 27 Cook St. in Devens, Mass., a 6.75-acre site with a 12,000-square-foot maintenance facility and one drive-through bay.
Ed Brickley, managing director and senior fund manager at Realterm, said the acquisition supports the firm’s strategy of targeting industrial assets in high-barrier-to-entry markets with strong institutional and user demand.
Realterm also announced Catherine Lane has joined the firm as chief accounting officer, Europe. Lane will lead European accounting and financial reporting across Realterm’s fund, property and management entities, including fund accounting, investor reporting, property accounting, treasury oversight
