Does ERI invest in social infrastructure? What types of assets does your strategy focus on, and why?
ERI does not have an ESG or social infrastructure strategy and invests in a variety of real estate–related investments. ERI’s primary investment focus includes affordable housing, workforce housing and value-added industrial, while retaining flexibility for targeted opportunistic investments. Affordable housing investments are a prime example of our investments in social infrastructure assets.
