PRP Real Assets has hired Cole Cook as director, multifamily acquisitions. In this role, Cook will focus on sourcing and executing investments as PRP continues to grow its national multifamily platform.
Cook will be based in New York and brings more than nine years of multifamily investment experience, having been involved in more than $1 billion of multifamily transactions. Prior to joining PRP, Cook served as vice president of acquisitions and asset management at Gindi Equities, where he oversaw the firm’s multifamily investments across the Midwest and Southeast. Previously, he was an associate at Ashcroft Capital, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions throughout the Sunbelt. Cook earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, where he majored in finance and graduated with honors.
