Principal Asset Management has appointed Ian Curry as co-head of U.S. data centers, partnering with Casey Miller to co-lead this strategic growth area within the firm’s private equity real estate platform. In this role, Curry will help further scale the data center platform, which includes $11 billion of assets and has been in operation for nearly two decades.
Curry will oversee investment performance across the data center portfolio and help advance the strategic growth of the platform, including new fund initiatives, strategic partnerships and investor engagement. His global experience and capital markets expertise complement the existing team and support our ability to meet evolving investor needs.
