PGIM Real Estate has appointed Shaun Hose as head of U.K. equity to lead its transaction and asset-management teams.
Based in London, Hose will continue to lead the management of U.K. portfolios and operations as well as the U.K. equity-transaction team, reporting to head of Europe, Sebastiano Ferrante.
Hose has worked as head of U.K. asset management equity at PGIM Real Estate since March 2024, where he was responsible for managing U.K. portfolios and operating platforms. With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Hose was most recently managing director at PATRIZIA, where he led value-add platforms and special situations in the retail sector on a pan-European basis. Hose also helped rebuild the U.K. asset management team following PATRIZIA’s takeover of Rockspring and enhanced their value-add capabilities through scaling up their asset-management division across the United Kingdom and Europe.
