PGIM Real Estate and Anton Real Estate Partners, a subsidiary of Proprium Capital Partners, have formed a joint venture to acquire the prime office building 20 Bridge St. in Sydney’s CBD. The investment was made on behalf of PGIM Real Estate’s flagship Asia Pacific value-added strategy.
20 Bridge St. is situated in the heart of Sydney’s core financial district, near the revitalized Circular Quay precinct and a multitude of transport and amenity offerings. The 13-story property offers approximately 20,150 square meters (216,893 square feet) of net lettable area, with key features including a strong street presence, large efficient floor plates of 1,500 square meters (16,147 square feet) around a central core design.
