by Andrea Zander

Candid and confidential answers from the leading global investment managers reveal a majority (74 percent) currently invest in affordable housing, while 10 percent do not invest in affordable housing but plan to in the future, and 16 percent do not currently invest in affordable housing and have no plans to do so.

The Perceptions of Affordable Housing Investment study was conducted and produced by Kingsley Associates, The NHP Foundation and Institutional Real Estate, Inc.
