PATRIZIA has appointed Gus Wiseman as director, U.K. product, based in London. The appointment supports PATRIZIA’s continued expansion in the United Kingdom, reinforcing its position as a leading manager of domestic and international capital across real estate, impact and infrastructure.
Wiseman joins from the U.K. government, where he most recently served as global head of investor relations at the office for investment, a joint unit of No. 10, HM Treasury and the Department for Business and Trade. In this role, he worked closely with ministers, policymakers and institutional investors to shape the United Kingdom’s investment engagement strategy and was a key architect of the Sterling 20 initiative, designed to mobilize domestic pension capital into productive investments across infrastructure, housing and private markets.
