Parkview Financial has appointed Dhaval Parikh as managing director, head of capital raising and investor relations.
Parikh joins Parkview from Ares Management, where he was a managing director responsible for capital raising and investor relations for the firm’s real estate debt platform.
In the role, Parikh oversees global capital formation, manages relationships with the firm’s current and prospective limited partners, and leads a team of professionals dedicated to these efforts. Parikh is based in Parkview’s New York office.
Parikh brings to Parkview nearly 20 years of capital-raising, product-development and investor-relations experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Ares in 2017, Parikh served as a director at MetLife Investment Management, focused on business development and investor relations for real estate.
