Park Madison midyear review points to cautious optimism for real estate

by Release

Park Madison Partners has released its midyear review, providing a shorter-form update on how events during the first half of 2026 have affected the firm’s house view and expectations for the second half of the year.

The firm entered 2026 with cautious optimism, supported by what it viewed as a constructive setup for real estate. Six months into the year, Park Madison said market volatility and uncertainty have tested investor confidence, but the longer-term secular forces driving real estate performance remain intact.

The firm said its conviction in the asset class remains unchanged, despite a more uneven and unsettled first half than expected. The review examines how first-half events have shaped Park Madison’s outlook and where the firm sees opportunities and risks heading into the second half of 2026.
