The Panco Strategic Real Estate Fund IV, managed by New York City–based Pantzer Properties, has raised $330 million against a $500 million target.
According to a SEC Form D filed on Aug. 13, the opportunistic multifamily fund has received backing from 15 investors since it was launched in September 2018. Although it has a minimum investment amount of $1 million, the form notes that the general partner may also accept lesser amounts.
The amount raised so far includes the issuer and its parallel funds.
Founded in 1971, Pantzer Properties is a fully integrated owner/operator of multifamily assets in high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style format along the Northeast and mid-Atlantic corridor of the United States, according to the firm’s website.
