Panattoni has plans for a speculative €100 million ($109 million) logistics development in Cologne on an historic industrial site between the airport and city center.
The development, which will be called Panattoni Campus Köln Ost, is located in the Westhoven district of Cologne with a direct connection to the A4 and near the A3, A59 and A559 on a brownfield site where for more than 100 years Gebrüder Stollwerck manufactured chocolate.
The development will be a mix of small and large units, totaling 40,400 square meters (434,900 square feet), designed for a variety of occupiers. Ten small units, totaling 10,400 square meters (111,900 square feet), will be built in an area known as City Dock, and three large units, totaling 30,000 square meters (322,900 square feet), will be built at Panattoni Park.
The units will be built in two phases. Construction of City Dock is planned for the third quarter of 2025, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Construc
