P-Three, the retail, leisure and placemaking agency, has been appointed by the City of London Corp. (CoLC) to transform the city’s iconic Leadenhall Market into London’s leading dining destination.
Located in the heart of the City of London, EC3, Leadenhall Market is one of London’s oldest markets, dating back to the 14th century, when it was built on the site of an original Roman forum. The current Grade II*–listed structure was constructed in 1881. The 78,000-square-foot site comprises 41 units, primarily occupied by retail and food and beverage operators, servicing more than 650,000 city workers and millions of visitors each year.
CoLC has appointed placemaking specialist P-Three to create a new leasing strategy that curates an optimal tenant mix and builds on Leadenhall Market’s position as a seven-day-a-week destination to drive footfall and sales.
