Olympian Homes moves forward with co-living development on the Isle of Dogs

by Kali Persall

Olympian Homes has received approval from the Tower Hamlets planning committee to move forward on its application for 795 co-living homes in a 46-story building on the Isle of Dogs in England.

Olympian Homes said the development will accommodate residents within intricately designed, fully managed studios. The co-living design of the building offers flexible tenancy agreements of varying lengths, as well as an integrated community approach through which every resident has access to shared cooking and leisure space on every floor.

Residents will also have full access to the lower-floor amenity areas, co-working spaces, a café, a cinema, a gym, winter gardens, external amenity space and the three-story sky lounge on the 43rd-45th floors.

Work on the site is expected to begin in August.
