Mubadala Investment Company has committed up to €600 million ($691 million) across two real estate strategies managed by ADD Capital and focused primarily on the European living sector.
The strategies include an Italian living fund targeting affordable and market-rate housing, built-to-rent and student accommodation, as well as a European value-add fund investing in living, logistics and other strategic sectors across the continent. With a particular focus on Italy, the funds will reposition existing properties and develop new assets in markets where demographic trends are driving demand for affordable and high-quality housing.
