M&G Real Estate has appointed Duncan Batty as head of real estate finance.
Batty is an experienced investor and leader with more than two decades of experience across European real estate finance. He returns to M&G after previously spending 12 years with the firm, ultimately as co-head of real estate finance, where he played a key role in building and growing the platform. Most recently, he served as head of commercial real estate lending at Revolut, where he was responsible for establishing and developing the firm’s commercial real estate lending business. Prior to joining M&G, he worked as a real estate finance lawyer advising lenders and borrowers across a broad range of U.K. and European transactions.
