Menlo Equities secures $125m for sixth fund

by Kali Persall

Menlo Equities has raised more than $125 million for its newly launched Menlo Realty Partners VI fund, according to an SEC filing from April.

The closed-end, value-added Menlo Realty Partners VI will invest in high-quality data centers, infill logistics, life sciences, office and R&D buildings in the most robust technology-driven markets in the United States.

The previous fund in the series, Menlo Realty Partners V, closed with $150 million capital commitments in 2017, according to Palico.

Headquartered in Menlo Park, Calif., Menlo Equities is a private, vertically integrated commercial real estate investment firm with a history of successfully investing through economic and real estate cycles, according to the firm’s website. Menlo seeks to create value through three investment platforms: core-plus, value-add and development.
