Marcus & Millichap has published its Investor Sentiment Report 2022, with data being collected between February 16, 2022, to February 24, 2022.
Involved respondents are most likely to consider now the time to buy seniors housing, followed by industrial, and self-storage properties, and to sell office and retail properties.
About 48 percent of respondents will hold onto office assets and 24 percent of respondents plan to sell their office assets.
