Madison International Realty has made a series of key promotions into senior leadership positions within the firm.
Michael Seitz and Max Sauermann have been appointed head of U.S. and head of European investments, respectively, taking on enhanced responsibilities with both also joining a newly established office of the president which will be led by the Madison’s founder and president, Ronald Dickerman, alongside the existing executive management committee. The Office of the President has been created to ensure Seitz and Sauermann are given strategic cross-departmental exposure to all facets of the business to best position them as future executive leaders of the firm.
In addition, Kim Adamek, head of portfolio and asset management, has been promoted to Madison’s executive management committee in recognition of both her 11 years of exemplary contribution to the firm as well as the critical importance of portfolio and asset management to the firm’s investment stra
