London hotel Radisson Blu sells to private buyer

CBRE has advised CLI Dartriver, which represents a private family office, on the purchase of Radisson Blu, Leicester Square for an undisclosed sum from controlled affiliates of Starwood Capital Group. CMS acted as lead legal counsel to the buyer, providing comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of the acquisition.

The hotel is offered freehold and enjoys direct frontage onto Leicester Square. Leicester Square and its immediate surroundings welcome more than 2.5 million visitors each week, making it one of the busiest pedestrian areas in the United Kingdom.

The hotel comprises 127 rooms, an award-winning restaurant and a bar. The hotel also offers six meeting rooms with a standout feature being The Skyline Penthouse, which provides views of the London skyline.
