Logos and CBREGI finish fundraising for Chinese logistics fund

Sydney-based logistics developer Logos Property Group and CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI) have completed fundraising for their joint fund focused on the Chinese logistics market, according to multiple news sources.

The fund, known as the CBRE Logos China Logistics Club Fund, will target income-producing logistics assets in major Chinese cities, according to Mingtiandi. The fund has raised $786 million in capital commitments from eight investors, primarily based in the Asia Pacific region.

The fund is looking to deploy more than two-thirds of its capital in the eastern and southern regions of China.
