Pan-European logistics real estate specialist Logistics Capital Partners and Eurofund Capital Partners, a Spain- and Portugal-focused retail developer, have launched a new joint venture, Eurofund LCP.
The logistics joint venture will target Spain and Portugal for the development of new logistics and warehouse facilities.
Logistics Capital Partners was launched in 2015 by James Markby and Kristof Verstraeten. Markby was formerly head of CBRE’s European industrial and logistics investment team. Verstraeten joined the firm from Goodman Real Estate, where he was commercial director of Europe. Based in London and Belgium, the group operates across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
In October 2016, Logistics Capital Partners opened an office in Eindhoven, Netherlands, to strengthen its presence in the country. Justin Esch joined the firm as asset and development manager, working from the Dutch office.
