Gordon Ross is set to depart as chief investment officer of LGPS Central, a manager of eight Midlands-based local government pension schemes in the United Kingdom, reported Room151.
Ross has been the CIO at LGPS Central since July 2020. He joined LGPS Central in January 2018 as deputy CIO and investment director, fixed income.
Prior to joining to LGPS Central, Ross spent time at the Financial Conduct Authority, at Fidelity Management and Research, at Deutsche Asset Management and at Invesco Asset Management.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in international politics from the University of Exeter.
