Larissa Belova has been appointed as CIO and portfolio manager in the U.S. direct real estate team at UBS Asset Management.
In this role, Belova will drive the market positioning and growth of the U.S. direct real estate team’s investment strategy, working in close collaboration with the platform’s research, portfolio management, client relations, operations and transactions teams.
With more than 22 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, Belova joins UBS Asset Management from CBRE Investment Management, where she served as portfolio manager of the firm’s flagship diversified open-end core fund. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the fund’s strategy, investments, performance, portfolio management and client relations.
