Stockland Corp Ltd has expanded its capital partnerships in the logistics sector, forming new partnerships with M&G Real Estate and KKR, with a combined initial portfolio value of approximately A$800 million ($508 million), according to a press release of the firm’s earning calls in the first half of 2025.
KKR holds a 70 percent stake in the core-plus Stockland Logistics Partnership Trust, an open-ended vehicle seeded with three Sydney properties at an initial gross asset value of A$388 million ($246 million) for the portfolio. Stockland owns the remaining 30 percent interest in the partnership, reported Mingtiandi.
