Keith Largay has joined Bain Capital Real Estate as head of real estate capital markets.
Largay will be responsible for overseeing the Bain Capital Real Estate team’s debt and financing strategy, including managing lender relationships, and working with their investment teams to optimize the capital structure for both acquisition financing and refinancings.
Largay brings more than 20 years of experience to Bain Capital in directing commercial real estate capital markets operations, with a proven track record of managing large, complex debt and equity advisory efforts. He most recently served as a senior managing director at JLL and previously had served as the co-head of the firm’s Chicago office. At JLL he developed and fostered close relationships with a wide range of capital sources, including life insurance companies, banks, Wall Street lenders and private equity groups.
