Tokyo-listed real estate developer Kasumigaseki Capital has acquired a hotel development site in Las Vegas through its U.S. subsidiary and launched a project targeting a spring 2030 opening.
Kasumigaseki Nevada LLC acquired the site at 4000 Paradise Road, 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and between Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Convention Center. The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.
The 235,700-square-foot site will be developed as the tentative Las Vegas 4000 Paradise Hotel Project. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2028, with completion scheduled for fall or winter 2029.
The project marks Kasumigaseki Capital’s continued expansion into the U.S. hotel market. The company announced its first U.S. hotel development project in Miami earlier this year.
