JLL has appointed David Green-Morgan as senior adviser, capital markets research, Asia Pacific.
Based in Singapore, Green-Morgan will partner with JLL’s network of research professionals both in Asia Pacific and globally. Core to his advisory role, he will be charged with using JLL’s regional network of capital markets operatives and data to analyze key trends around transaction volumes and investor return requirements.
Most recently, Green-Morgan was the global head of real assets research at MSCI. He was managing director for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific prior to its acquisition by MSCI in 2021.
