Investors raise concerns about the multifamily sector

As home ownership became increasingly expensive on the heels of the pandemic and numerous interest-rate hikes, more and more people have turned to renting. What are institutional investors’ main concerns about the multifamily residential sector globally, and how can they find the best opportunities?
