Investment inquiries gradually recover across Asia Pacific

Investment inquiries are gradually recovering across the Asia Pacific region, particularly in South Korea, Singapore and New Zealand. In several markets, 20 percent to 40 percent of inquiries are from cross-border investors, according to CBRE.

Sale and leaseback opportunities continue to emerge. About 58 percent of respondents have observed corporations considering sale and leaseback deals. Companies in the retail, technology and banking/finance industries are most likely to do so.
