Invesco Real Estate, Trammell Crow Co. to develop logistics warehouse in greater Berlin area

Invesco Real Estate and Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) have formed a partnership to develop a class A logistics facility at CORE Temnitzpark.

Located at Temnitzpark Chaussee in Neuruppin in greater Berlin, the BF33 site spans 80,100 square meters (862,200 square feet), with planning already secured for a logistics asset with 41,400 square meters (445,600 square feet) lettable area. This includes warehouse space covering 36,400 square meters (391,800 square feet), along with 1,800 square meters (19,375 square feet) for office usage and an additional 3,200 square meters (34,400 square feet) in mezzanine space. The property will accommodate 132 car parking spaces, eight truck parking spaces and 40 cycle parking spaces, offering a clear height of 12.2 meters (40.0 feet), floor load capacity of 60 kilonewtons per square meter and 24/7 operational capability.
