Invesco raises $339 million for third fund

Invesco Real Estate has raised $339 million for its Invesco Real Estate Fund III, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The value-added fund launched in 2011 with a $750 million fundraising goal. It will invest in multifamily, industrial, retail and office properties in major metropolitan markets across the United States.
