Schaumburg, Ill.–based Industrial Outdoor Ventures and its BLG Capital Advisors have formed a partnership with Stockbridge to purchase $400 million of outdoor storage facilities during the next two years, according to media outlets.
The first investment was the selling of stake in 26 properties held by Industrial Outdoor Ventures. The properties are located in major markets throughout the United States, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix and Southern California.
